Renny Strips Earns Great Place To Work® Certification

New Delhi, August 19, 2026: Industrial manufacturer Renny Strips Ltd has received the Great Place to Work® Certification following an internal assessment of its organizational environment. According to company records, the survey recorded a participation rate of over 93 percent among employees, evaluating workplace culture, internal engagement, and operational trust, it said in a press release.
The certification comes as the company continues efforts to formalize collaborative operational frameworks and internal decision-making processes. Beyond human resource practices, company officials stated that employee-led operational efficiencies have contributed to broader corporate goals, including manufacturing and environmental targets. Renny Strips currently operates a 22 MW Captive Solar Plant and reports a 40 percent reduction in emissions, with plans to increase this figure to 50 percent to meet international sustainability benchmarks, such as the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).

Commenting on the survey outcomes, Sarthak Gupta, Strategic Head, New Initiative, Renny Strips Ltd, said, “This certification is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our employees. Manufacturing excellence begins with people, and we have always believed that investments in technology must go hand in hand with investments in our workforce. We want every member of the Renny family to feel respected, heard and encouraged to contribute. Our journey towards sustainable manufacturing is also a collective one, where every employee has a role to play. I sincerely thank the entire Renny family for making this achievement possible.”
