Abhee Ventures Secures RERA Approval for 45-Acre Bengaluru Project
Bengaluru, September 8, 2026: Abhee Ventures has received RERA approval for its upcoming 45-acre residential development in Gunjur, officially registered as Abhee City Urban Glenn. The project was previously announced under the name Codename New Dimension and is now moving toward its official launch, Abhee Ventures said in a press release.
Situated along the Whitefield–Sarjapur Road corridor, the large-format residential community integrates Scottish-inspired architecture and landscapes with wellness and recreation facilities. The location provides connectivity to commercial centers including Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, the Outer Ring Road IT corridor, ITPL, and the EPIP corridor. Future infrastructure projects, such as the Dommasandra Metro Station, suburban rail network, proposed SWIFT City, and Peripheral Ring Road, are set to expand transit options in the region.
The 45-acre site incorporates 85 percent open space and over 140 amenities. Key features of the development include a 3-acre golf driving range, an artificial lake, and landscaped green areas. The design plans feature four clubhouses covering more than 1.5 lakh square feet for community and recreational use.
Designed in collaboration with UHA London and RSP Architects, the development comprises 35-storey towers offering 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4.5 BHK residential units focused on ventilation and functional layouts.

Following the regulatory clearance, the company is progressing toward launching the development to expand its portfolio in East Bengaluru.
