Civitech Group to Invest Rs 500 Crore in Commercial Project in Greater Noida West
Noida, September 9, 2026: Real estate conglomerate Civitech Group is set to invest Rs 500 crore in an upcoming commercial project located in Sector 10, Greater Noida West. The development follows the group’s acquisition of a land parcel in the sector through a competitive government auction, it said in a press release.
The project will be developed as a mixed-use destination comprising hospitality, high-street retail, and studio residences under a single master plan. According to the company, the retail segment is designed to accommodate premium brands and attract footfall, while the studio apartments target young professionals, corporate travelers, and entry-level investors.
The investment forms part of Civitech Group’s broader expansion strategy focused on acquiring prime land parcels across growth corridors in Noida. In addition to commercial developments, the firm’s residential project, Civitech Strings in Sector 12, Greater Noida West, spans 770 units across 18,000 square meters and is currently nearing possession with handovers targeted for 2026.

On the commercial front, Civitech Group’s existing flagship project is Civitech Santoni in Sector 16B, Greater Noida West. Designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, the mixed-use development spans approximately 12 lakh square feet across a 3.7-acre plot and features retail space, offices, studio apartments, a food court, a multiplex, and an entertainment zone.
