His mandate will be to bring business growth, sales and marketing closer together as we enter our next phase of growth. We are pleased to welcome him to the leadership team.”
The leadership addition coincides with the group’s efforts to expand its residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality portfolios. Trehan IRIS has operated in the sector for more than seven decades, focusing on developments structured around community and customer requirements.

Sharing his perspective on the role, Prasad Rane, Chief Business & Marketing Officer at Trehan IRIS, said: “Real estate today is no longer only about what we build; it is increasingly about the experience, proposition and value we create around it. Trehan IRIS has a strong legacy and an exciting opportunity to build the next phase of the organisation around that foundation. My focus will be to bring business, sales, brand and customer experience closer together — creating propositions that are distinctive for the consumer and meaningful for the business.”
