Navi Mumbai, September 24, 2026: BuildSpace Development Management Pvt. Ltd., an integrated industrial and logistics infrastructure development platform, has formally launched operations with an initial development pipeline exceeding 3 million sq ft across four projects and over 165 acres of land under development mandate, it said in a press release.

According to management estimates, the identified pipeline carries an estimated project value of approximately Rs 6,000 million, while the land under mandate reflects an indicative value of about Rs 5,000 million. Combined, these developments represent an estimated valuation of approximately Rs 11,000 million.

The firm’s initial projects include the Sahakar Logistics Park in Bhiwandi, a 42-acre Grade-A industrial and warehousing facility with nearly 1.3 million sq ft of chargeable development potential. The site is currently under construction and being marketed for lease and build-to-suit occupiers across manufacturing and distribution. Beyond Bhiwandi, BuildSpace is targeting key corridors in Maharashtra including Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ranjangaon, Nashik, and Nagpur, alongside prospective sites in Dholera and Guwahati.

BuildSpace operates through three connected verticals: BuildINFRA, which delivers customized infrastructure for occupiers and third-party logistics firms; BuildVALUE, which collaborates with landowners to oversee development, leasing, and asset management; and BuildWEALTH, which partners with institutional capital on Grade-A logistics assets.

The company is led by Rohan Latad, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer; Nitin Mumbaikar, Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer; and Pankaj Kakde, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. The executive leadership team brings over 50 years of combined experience spanning special economic zones, port-linked infrastructure, multimodal transport facilities, and cold-storage developments.
