Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Appoints Sameer Bahri as Chief Revenue Officer
Delhi NCR, September 25, 2026: Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd. has announced the appointment of Sameer Bahri as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In his new role, Bahri will unify the company’s sales, marketing, and CRM operations under a single leadership structure to align go-to-market strategies and accelerate topline performance for long-term scalability, the company said in a press release.
Bahri brings over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, with expertise spanning project lifecycles, strategic sales and marketing, business development, asset profitability, and regulatory compliance across large-scale developments.

Prior to joining Pioneer Urban, Bahri spent several years in Goa advising real estate firms on project execution, pricing strategy, and market entry for premium developments. Before his work in Goa, he spent over 31 years with Unitech Ltd., where he led major residential, commercial, IT park, and township projects across Kolkata, Gurugram, Howrah, and Bhubaneswar, including landmark developments such as Uniworld City. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
