Northwind Estates Showcases NorthWind Sanctuary at UP International Trade Show 2026

Greater Noida, October 1, 2026: Real estate firm Northwind Estates participated in the fourth edition of the UP International Trade Show 2026, showcasing its premium residential project, NorthWind Sanctuary. The five-day exhibition, held from September 25 to 29 at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, provided a platform for the developer to present its project features and engage with industry stakeholders on the region’s evolving housing market.

Located at stall H17-12/10, the company used visuals and interactive displays to outline the architecture, planning, and sustainability framework of NorthWind Sanctuary. Discussions with industry professionals focused on design trends, green building practices, and changing buyer expectations within the Greater Noida residential ecosystem.

Spanning 4.5 acres in Sector Pi-1, Greater Noida, the ongoing development comprises 185 ultra-premium residences alongside 80% open landscaped greens. The project is IGBC Platinum pre-certified, reflecting an emphasis on environmental sustainability integrated into its core planning and structural design.
