Delhi NCR, October 14, 2026: Ambience Mall in Gurugram has presented a 14-foot installation of Goddess Durga to mark the festival of Navratri, incorporating traditional Bengali craftsmanship into a contemporary lifestyle space, according to a press release issued by the company.
On display from October 11 to October 19, 2026, the installation was handcrafted by Bengali artisans using clay sculpture and intricate shola wood detailing. The artwork features Goddess Durga with multiple arms, an ornate crown, and elaborate accents, set against an ivory-white palette with golden lattice panels and an ornamental arch.

Arjun Gehlot, Director, Ambience Group, said, “At Ambience Malls, we believe that the most meaningful experiences are those that create an emotional connection with our visitors while celebrating the richness of our cultural heritage. Our annual Navratri installation of Goddess Durga is a cherished tradition that brings together devotion, artistry and community. This year’s 14-foot installation, handcrafted by Bengali artisans using traditional clay and intricate shola wood detailing, is a tribute to India’s extraordinary artistic legacy and the generations of craftspeople who have preserved these skills. Through this initiative, we aim to offer visitors an immersive cultural experience that allows them to appreciate the beauty of traditional craftsmanship while connecting with the spirit and significance of Navratri.
