Manasum Senior Living Partners With Signature Global to Enter Delhi-NCR Market
New Delhi, October 18, 2026: Manasum Senior Living and Signature Global have partnered to develop a 164-unit senior living project in Gurugram, marking Manasum’s entry into the Delhi-NCR real estate market, according to a press release issued by the companies. The project holds an estimated sales potential of Rs 575 crore.
Titled Manasum Varishta, the development will be located within Signature Global Sarvam at DXP Estates, Sector 37D, Gurugram. It will feature 164 three-bedroom apartments across two size configurations of 1,815 square feet and 1,840 square feet, priced at an expected rate of around Rs 3.7 crore per unit. The senior housing segment forms part of a larger 14-acre development comprising an overall area of approximately 3.6 million square feet.
Under the joint partnership framework, Signature Global will manage land acquisition, development, construction, project financing, approvals, and liaisoning. Manasum will oversee sales, marketing, and long-term senior living operations post-handover. Construction work is slated to begin within a month following the awarding of the contract, with sales closure targeted in 12 to 18 months and completion expected within 48 months. The residential community will feature 24/7 healthcare support, standby ambulance service, food and beverage facilities, concierge, housekeeping, and continuous engagement activities.
Commenting on the expansion, Anantharam V. Varayur, Co-Founder, Manasum Senior Living, said, “Gurugram marks an important step in Manasum’s expansion into North India. We will focus on the sales and long-term management of the community, including the services and support required for senior residents.”
