New Delhi, October 27, 2026: Pan-India flexible workspace and managed office provider MyBranch is strengthening its presence across North India with 23 workspace centres spanning 75,000 sq. ft. across 19 cities, according to a press release issued by the company. The network supports businesses looking to establish a presence in new locations, build teams closer to their customers, and operate across emerging centres of business activity.

The network covers Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. It includes centres across cities such as Agra, Ajmer, Prayagraj, Ambala, Amritsar, Dehradun, Gurugram, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Noida, Jammu, Shimla, Sikar, Udaipur, and Varanasi, with multiple locations in Agra, Ludhiana, and Varanasi.

The expansion comes as flexible workspace becomes an increasingly important component of corporate real estate planning in North India. According to CBRE’s India Office Figures for Q2 2026, Delhi-NCR recorded its highest-ever quarterly flex-space take-up, with flexible workspace operators accounting for 45% of the region’s approximately 3.6 million sq. ft. of office leasing during the quarter. The adoption of “core + flex” models is enabling companies to utilize managed workspaces for satellite teams, project-based requirements, and evolving workforce needs without the longer timelines and upfront investments required for conventional offices.

“North India presents a strong opportunity for businesses looking to expand across a wider set of markets. We are seeing growing interest in cities beyond traditional business hubs, with companies seeking quality workspace to establish operations and connect with local business ecosystems. Our 23-centre network enables businesses to build teams and scale across diverse markets with greater ease. As business activity spreads across the region, we see flexible workspaces playing an important role in supporting this growth,” said Kushal Bhargava, Founder, MyBranch.

The regional expansion is part of MyBranch’s larger initiative to build a distributed workspace footprint across India. Founded in 2016 under the leadership of Kushal Bhargava, the company maintains a network of over 80 locations across more than 75 cities in all 28 states. It offers managed offices, coworking spaces, shared offices, virtual offices, and conference facilities to enterprises, multinational corporations, Global Capability Centres, startups, and growing businesses.
