A major highlight of the event was the launch of the OUTX Forum, designed to expand collaboration and create new avenues for industry engagement, institutional partnerships, and opportunity-building across business ecosystems.
The conclave featured the IMAF Recognition Programme, which highlighted contributions across its four leadership pillars. In the individual segment, Tarunika Jain Agrawal, Assistant Professor at University of Delhi, was cited for her contributions under the Insights pillar. Deepali Jain, Founder of Manmauji Safar, was cited under Meaning, while Aman Puri, Founder of Steadfast, was highlighted under Action. The event was supported by title sponsors Maharishi University, Seven Seas Spa, Gokyo Outdoor, InSpire Sports, and Valuemax Advisors Pvt. Ltd. Media partners included The CEO Magazine, Realty&More, and SORE magazine, while the International Executive School served as the knowledge partner.

Speaking on the vision behind the initiative, Manisha Singh, CEO and Managing Director of IMAF Platforms and Convenor of WeLead Conclave 2026, said: “WeLead was built on a simple but powerful belief: meaningful progress begins when we bring diverse perspectives into the same room and create the conditions for honest dialogue, shared learning and collective action.”
“For us, this was not merely about hosting an event. It was about creating a platform where leadership is viewed through the lenses of insight, purpose, execution and the future we want to shape together. The launch of OUTX and the IMAF Recognition Programme are important steps in that journey,” Singh added.
