New Delhi, November 1, 2026: Atlanta Electricals Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, recording a 23.1 percent year-on-year growth in revenue from operations at Rs 390.1 crore compared to Rs 317.0 crore in Q2 FY26. According to a press release issued by the company, profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter rose 28.0 percent to Rs 32.1 crore, up from Rs 25.1 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

EBITDA for Q2 FY27 increased 8.8 percent to Rs 59.6 crore, though EBITDA margins contracted by 201 basis points to 15.3 percent. Profitability was impacted by elevated commodity prices on firm-price contracts and temporary weather-related disruptions affecting manufacturing and dispatches. Deferred customer deliveries due to weather totaled approximately Rs 180 crore, with nearly 70 percent dispatched subsequently and the remainder scheduled for Q3 FY27. For the first half of FY27, revenue from operations grew 35.5 percent to Rs 856.4 crore, while PAT rose 40.4 percent to Rs 79.0 crore.

The company reported a robust order backlog of Rs 3,196.97 crore as of September 30, 2026, supported by an enquiry pipeline of Rs 19,464 crore. Key operational developments during the quarter included securing a Rs 193.92 crore Letter of Intent from APTRANSCO for 12 units of auto transformers and receiving its first export order from the United States. Manufacturing of its first 315 MVA, 400 kV-class transformer commenced in October 2026, while a dedicated Inverter Duty Transformer facility adding 5,000 MVA capacity is targeted for commissioning by Q3 FY27.

Commenting on the performance, Niral Patel, Chairman and Managing Director, Atlanta Electricals Limited, said: “We have delivered a resilient performance during Q2 FY27 despite a challenging operating environment. Revenue from operations grew 23.1% year-on-year to ₹390.1 crore, while EBITDA increased 8.8% to ₹59.6 crore and PAT grew 28.0% to ₹32.1 crore. For H1 FY27, revenue grew 35.5% and PAT increased 40.4% year-on-year, reflecting the underlying strength of our business and sustained demand across key end markets.”

He added: “During the quarter, our operating performance was impacted by elevated commodity prices and unusually heavy rainfall, which temporarily disrupted manufacturing operations and delayed customer deliveries. While higher input costs affected margins, particularly on certain firm-price contracts, these challenges are largely temporary in nature. With operations having normalised and customer dispatches resuming, we expect execution momentum to improve in the second half of the financial year.”
