Experts' Take
C Shekar Reddy, President, CREDAI
Some people have done good job they have been elected, some other people who have done good work, but have not been elected – both the things are there. Whichever government comes, they have to come out with new, innovative and pro-industry policies, and they have to attract investment as well. It has become a competition between the states, between the cities. The affordability in housing is day by day decreasing, which is not good governance. Affordability has happened only in government sponsored schemes, but not beyond that. Aspirations of people have to be fulfilled, people should feel happy.
