Noida, Gr. Noida delegation calls on CM Solve homebuyers’ issues at the earliest, authorities told

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the Noida and Greater Noida authorities to address homebuyers’ issues as soon as possible. The authorities were also directed to monitor under-construction housing projects.
The direction came after a delegation of homebuyers from the region met the Chief Minister in Lucknow on April 27. Noida MLA Pankaj Singh was also present at the meeting.
According to reports in the media, the CM also asked the authorities to take strong steps against builders who harass homebuyers.
The CM’s order follows complaints of no action against builders who flout laws and harass investors and buyers. Till now, the authority examined a housing project only once it was completed. As a result complaints of deviations and unauthorised construction went unheard.
