BuildSpace Formally Launches Integrated Industrial And Logistics Platform
Navi Mumbai, September 23, 2026: BuildSpace Development Management Pvt. Ltd. has formally launched its integrated industrial and logistics infrastructure development platform, showcasing an identified development pipeline exceeding 3 million square feet across four projects and over 165 acres under land mandate, the company said in a press release.
Based on management estimates, the initial development pipeline represents a project value of approximately Rs 6,000 million, while the land under mandate carries an indicative value of about Rs 5,000 million, bringing total project value estimates to roughly Rs 11,000 million.
The firm’s initial focus centers on Sahakar Logistics Park in Bhiwandi, a 42-acre Grade-A industrial and logistics development offering around 1.3 million square feet of chargeable development potential. The under-construction project is currently being marketed for leasing and built-to-suit requirements. BuildSpace is also targeting key industrial corridors across Maharashtra, including Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ranjangaon, Nashik, and Nagpur, alongside growth markets such as Dholera and Guwahati.

BuildINFRA delivers customized infrastructure solutions for manufacturers and third-party logistics operators, including site assessment, master planning, and construction management. BuildVALUE collaborates with landowners to manage planning, development, and tenant acquisition while asset holders retain ownership. BuildWEALTH partners with institutional investors on Grade-A development projects.
