Supertech becomes first 100% RERA compliant group in Delhi NCR

Noida:  Real estate major Supertech today announced that all its projects have been registered under RERA and the group is committed to timely delivery of 15,000 units in the current FY 2017-18 across 50 locations, mostly in the NCR region.

Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016, developers have to get all their ongoing, under construction and new projects registered with relevant authorities.

“We have become fully compliant with all the new RERA rules and regulations. Compliance with RERA is an opportunity to revive buyers’ confidence and we want to capitalize on the opportunity,” said Mr R.K Arora, Chairman of Supertech limited.

RERA is expected to help to rejuvenate the real estate sector with transparency and accountability.

“Supertech has accelerated pace of construction at sites with increased manpower and supply of raw material to ensure timely completion of projects. The company have good cash flow and will able to meet all required finances for construction” added Mr Arora.

The company recently got environment clearance for Sport City project in Greater Noida which is scheduled to be launched near Diwali and completed in the next four years.
