Parimal Galvankar is India HR Head at CBRE
CBRE South Asia on July 16 announced the appointment of Parimal Galvankar as the Head of People (HR) for India.
In his new role, Galvankar will oversee CBRE’s pan-India human resources activities related to talent acquisition/recruitment, training and development, performance management, organisation development, diversity, compensation and benefits that will impact a workforce of more than 10,000 professionals across 10 offices in India.
Commenting on the appointment, Anshuman Magazine, Chairman & CEO, India, South East Asia, Middle East & Africa, CBRE, said, “Parimal’s strong track record in creating and implementing collaborative processes to improve both employee experiences and business outcomes will be key to driving our continued growth in India.”

On joining CBRE, Galvankar said, “I look forward to working with CBRE South Asia leadership to develop and implement a forward-looking HR strategy that will support our business, cultivate leadership, maximise diversity and further position CBRE as an employer of choice.”
With over 22 years of experience spanning across geographies and cultures, Galvankar brings extensive domain knowledge, strong focus on client outcomes and broad operational experience to his new role.
