Spenta launches new tower at its flagship project in Chembur

Spenta Corporation, a leading real estate firm of Mumbai, announced the launch of a brand new tower – ‘Elara’, as a part of its flagship project Altavista in Chembur.
Spenta will be developing the new tower in association with the Sabari Group of Mumbai.
The proposed 23-storied tower will comprise five units on each floor with a carpet area ranging from 590 to 699 sq. ft. Boasting a stunning and unobstructed view of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, the tower will offer fully furnished 2BHK homes starting from Rs 1.49CR.

The residential property, Altavista, is located close to the Eastern Express highway, connecting South Mumbai to the suburbs via the Santacruz-Chembur Link Road.
Speaking on the addition of the new tower, Farshid Cooper, Managing Director, Spenta Corporation, said, “The last few months have been extremely challenging for everyone. However, we have chosen to accept our new normal and launch our new tower ‘Elara’; in keeping with our promise to always deliver the very best to our customers.”
