GDA to take part in trade fair to sell housing project
GHAZIABAD: the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has decided to participate in the upcoming mega event India International Trade Fair (IITF) set to take off in the national Capital on November 14.
The GDA has booked a stall in the fair where it would be selling forms of the upcoming group housing scheme at indirapuram.
On Diwali, the authority had announced the launch of its much-awaited housing schemes for economically weaker sections and also for the lower income groups. It had also announced the launch of its ambitious group housing projects at Nyay Khand area of Indirpauram.
This is probably the first time that the GDA has decided to expand its dimensions and move out to cater to a large number of people in and around the National Capital Region.
GDA Chairman Santosh Kumar Yadav was quoted in the media as saying, “We have already applied and obtained a stall at the IITF. Prospective homebuyers can make online booking with us at the venue itself.”He also informed that the GDA would be marketing its Indirapuram group housing scheme before a large number of people at the fair. “We are expecting a good response from visitors,” Yadav added.
