Prateek Group announces attractive payment options and exclusive deals
New Delhi: Realty developer Prateek Group has introduced a unique subvention scheme for their luxurious housing projects in Noida. Prateek Group is now offering unique payment options in Delhi-NCR wherein the buyers can pay 10% amount in the beginning of the deal, against which EMI’s start after 24 to 30 months.

In this unique scheme, the buyers only have to pay a minuscule 10% upfront payment and then be free of EMI’s for a period of 24 to 30 months. Along with lucrative options like no stamp duty for registration, the subvention scheme for the luxurious Prateek Stylome in Sector 45 Noida includes, customised payment plan on property worth Rs 1.39 Crore onwards.
