Bhumika Realty Appoints Industry Expert Avinash Nagpal as President Projects

New Delhi, June 17, 2025: Bhumika Realty has appointed Avinash Nagpal as president of projects. With over 27 years of experience in delivering large-scale residential and commercial developments, he brings deep expertise in technical project leadership and execution. Known for his high-performance and result-oriented approach, he has consistently directed the planning and implementation of complex projects with precision.

Nagpal has been associated with some leading real estate and infrastructure companies, including Trinity Landspace Pvt. Ltd, Heritage Max Realtech (Conscient Group), Emaar MGF Land Ltd, Mundra Port & Special Economic Zone and Punj Lloyd Ltd. Over the years, he has held key positions such as senior V-P, V-P, general manager, manager (estimation and contracts) and deputy manager, contributing significantly to the successful execution of large-scale residential and infrastructure projects.

At Bhumika Realty, he will oversee the end-to-end execution of real estate developments, from overall project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, monitoring and timeline optimisation. He will lead the execution of structural works, MEP services and finishing activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery to customers. Additionally, he will manage project budgets with a focus on cost efficiency while upholding Bhumika Realty’s unwavering commitment to excellence.
