This strategic move marks a major milestone in ADNIC’s international expansion strategy. The new branch is designed to build upon the company’s existing cross-border reinsurance operations in the Indian market, following closely on the heels of its recent entry into Saudi Arabia. By establishing a physical presence in Gujarat, ADNIC aims to diversify its revenue streams and enhance service capabilities for clients within high-growth markets, while simultaneously strengthening the economic ties between the UAE and India.

The expansion also serves as a testament to the resilience of the UAE’s business sector. Despite evolving regional developments, ADNIC is moving forward with its strategic priorities to expand into global markets and reinforce its position as a regional insurer with a growing international footprint. The India branch will integrate into ADNIC’s existing network, which currently includes physical offices across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom.
