Mohali, June 21, 2025: Renowned Architect Ar. Tripat Girdhar, principal architect at Arete Design Studio, has announced a strategic collaboration with Garg Builders and Promoters LLP for the design and execution of Marbella Royce an ultra-luxury high-rise development located in Sector 83A, IT City, Mohali, Punjab.

Projected to be as the tallest residential tower in north India, complete with a helipad crowning its iconic structure, Marbella Royce has recently been recognised as the region’s first iconic building by the Punjab government.
