Arkade Developers Expands Mumbai Portfolio With Four Redevelopment Projects Worth Rs 5,000 Crore

Mumbai, August 20, 2026: Arkade Developers Limited has added four new cluster redevelopment projects across key micro-markets in Western Mumbai to strengthen its regional presence. Spanning approximately 45,204 sq. m. (11.17 acres) across Malad West, Kandivali West, Kandivali East, and Borivali West, the projects feature an aggregate projected saleable carpet area of roughly 15 lakh sq. ft. and an estimated turnover potential of Rs 5,000 crore. Collectively, the developments account for an estimated construction area of approximately 51 lakh sq. ft, Arkade Developers said in a press release.

The new additions include projects in the Ashok Nagar area of Kandivali East and Shankar Lane in Kandivali West. Combined, these two sites cover a plot area of approximately 12,611.5 sq. m., offering a projected saleable carpet area of 3.5 lakh sq. ft. and an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs 1,100 crore. The Malad West redevelopment spans approximately 8,428 sq. m., with an anticipated saleable carpet area of 2.5 lakh sq. ft. and a turnover potential of around Rs 900 crore.

The largest initiative in the expansion is the cluster redevelopment at Yogi Nagar – Plot B in Borivali West. Spread across roughly 24,165 sq. m., the project is projected to yield 9 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area and an estimated turnover of Rs 3,000 crore.
