Bhartiya Urban to Invest Over Rs 1,000 Crore in Nikoo Homes 9 Project in North Bengaluru
Bengaluru, October 22, 2026: Bhartiya Urban has launched Nikoo Homes 9 | Alpine | Bhartiya Garden Hill in Bagalur, North Bengaluru, representing an investment of over Rs 1,000 crore, according to a press release issued by the company.
The project is being developed in a joint venture with Alpine across 13 acres of freehold land adjacent to KIADB Park. Designed around the brand philosophy of ‘The Good Life’, the development comprises 1,584 units across two phases, offering residential configurations ranging from studio apartments to lofts and Sky Villas.
The integrated master plan features a commercial and retail center spanning over 40,000 square feet alongside the Black Swan Club, a 32,000-square-foot facility dedicated to fitness, recreation, and leisure. Architectural planning includes central courtyards, global landscape architecture, and peripheral vehicular movement designed to ensure a pedestrian-friendly environment.
