Black Opal Consultants Raises Rs 15.69 Crore From Anchor Investors Ahead Of IPO

New Delhi, September 29, 2026: Black Opal Consultants Limited has raised Rs 15.69 crore from seven anchor investors ahead of the opening of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on September 29, 2026. The company allotted 7,96,200 equity shares at Rs 197 per share, the upper end of the IPO price band, it said in a press release.
The anchor allocation includes participation from Venus Investments VCC – Venus Stellar Fund, Longthrive Capital VCC – Trendview Capital Fund, Radiant Global Fund – Class B Participating Shares, Uni Growth Fund, Securocrop Bharat Amritkaal Fund I, PESB Alpha Fund, and Algoquant Global Opportunities Fund.
The public issue comprises 27,96,000 equity shares in a price band of Rs 185 to Rs 197 per share, with a lot size of 600 shares. The issue will remain open until October 1, 2026, with the equity shares proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform.

Khambatta Securities Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager to the issue, while Share India Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. serves as the Underwriter.
