BPTP Appoints Real Estate Veteran Sanjay Sharma as Chief Operating Officer
Gurugram, August 2, 2026: Real estate developer BPTP Limited has appointed industry veteran Sanjay Sharma as its Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Sharma will lead the company’s project development function, managing end-to-end delivery across BPTP’s residential, commercial, and township projects. His portfolio includes oversight of contracts and procurement, planning, safety, quality assurance, as well as cost and schedule discipline across every stage of development, BPTP said in a press release.
Sharma brings over three decades of experience in real estate development, with a career focused heavily on the execution side of large-scale developments. A Civil Engineering graduate from Aligarh Muslim University, he has guided complex projects from initial concept through to final completion while maintaining strict timeline and quality standards. Prior to joining BPTP, Sharma served in senior leadership roles at major real estate firms, including DLF, Runwal Realty, Puravankara, Emaar India, and Eldeco Group.
