Brigade sees 27 bookings in first three days of GOHF

The ten-day Great Online Homes Festival organised by Magicbricks has received a good response from the customers.
According to a press release, 27 units of South India’s developer Brigade Group were booked online during the first three days of the festival.
Sudhir Pai, CEO, Magicbricks, said, “It is heartening to see such a good response from customers for GOHF. Interestingly, with the opening of this festival, a sudden spur of customer demand is seen primarily fuelled by pan-India demand. This is a very good sign for the Indian real estate market.”
Om Ahuja, CEO Residential, Brigade Group, commented, “We are very excited to participate in GOHF organised by the leading player Magicbricks and are thrilled that we are receiving a phenomenal response to projects listed on the site.”
The release said with properties worth Rs. 3000 crore and participation from more than 110 developers, GOHF is the biggest platform for the online property buyer. The festival is on till July 27.
