These flats are available under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY-Urban) in Virar-Bolinj, Khoni-Kalyan, Shirdhon-Kalyan, Gotheghar-Thane, and Bhandarli-Thane. To provide detailed information and assist applicants with the online application process, 29 stalls have been set up across various locations from December 2 to 11, 2024, informed Revati Gaykar, Chief Officer, Konkan Board.
Details of the Campaign
Gaykar stated that the stalls will provide information about the FCFS flats available for sale, application eligibility, and the online registration process. The official MHADA website (https://lottery.mhada.gov.in) is being used for applications. Flyers and street plays are also being organized to inform the public about the housing schemes. Online application registration for these flats began on October 11, 2024.
