CREDAI National confers Irfan Razack, Chairman & Managing Director, Prestige Group, with its Lifetime Achievement Award

Bengaluru, December 22, 2025: CREDAI National has conferred Irfan Razack, Chairman & Managing Director, Prestige Group, with its Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising his sustained contribution to India’s real estate sector and his long-standing association with the developers’ body.

Razack has been closely involved with CREDAI’s growth over the years, having held key leadership roles at both city and national levels. He has earlier served as President of CREDAI Bengaluru & Karnataka and as Chairman of CREDAI National. His efforts have played a significant role in strengthening the organisation’s focus on professional standards, policy engagement, and capacity-building across the sector.
