CREDAI NCR Announces New Executive Committee & Governing Council

New Delhi, December 12, 2025: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India – NCR (CREDAI NCR) today announced the formation of its new Executive Committee (EC) and Governing Council (GC). The newly elected office bearers and inducted GC members have formally taken over the responsibilities from the outgoing leadership.
The new office bearers are as follows:
- President: Shri Vishal Gupta
- Vice Presidents: Shri Anil Kumar Gupta, Shri Dinesh Gupta, Shri Gaurav Gupta, Shri Manish Agarwal and Shri Vineet Kanwar
- Secretary: Shri Nikhil Hawelia
- Joint Secretary: Shri Arpit Goel

Speaking on the occasion, newly elected President, CREDAI NCR, Vishal Gupta said, “I am humbled for entrusting and taking this responsibility. Our Governing Board is committed to work with renewed enthusiasm and accountability and proactive engagement with government bodies and industry stakeholders. We take a collective pledge to work with speed, transparency and immediately push industry-critical matters, policy bottlenecks, and ongoing regulatory concerns with authorities. We aim to focus on reforms, contribute to a modern, sustainable, and robust real estate landscape.”
