GB Realty to Invest Up to Rs 2,500 Crore for Punjab’s First Jacob & Co.-Branded Residences in Mohali
Chandigarh, October 25, 2026: Punjab-based real estate developer GB Realty has announced a luxury residential development on Airport Road in Mohali, in collaboration with global luxury watch and jewellery brand Jacob & Co. According to a press release issued by the company, the development is positioned as Punjab’s first branded residences project.
The project marks GB Realty’s entry into the branded residences segment and forms part of its expansion into luxury and ultra-luxury housing across North India. The initiative brings together the design influence of Jacob & Co. and the development expertise of GB Realty.
GB Realty plans to invest approximately Rs 2,400 crore to Rs 2,500 crore in the development. This includes a land investment of over Rs 1,000 crore, with the remaining capital allocated towards construction, development, and other project costs to meet the demand for distinctive luxury homes in the Chandigarh–Mohali–Panchkula region.

The development aligns with GB Realty’s broader roadmap to invest over Rs 5,000 crore over the next three years to expand its luxury residential portfolio and enter new real estate segments across North India. Over the next five years, the company aims to scale its cumulative investment to approximately Rs 10,000 crore, with around Rs 3,500 crore earmarked for luxury and ultra-luxury residential developments.
