Great Value Realty Awards Rs 445 Crore Construction Contract to Capacit’e Infraprojects for Noida Ultra-Luxury Project
New Delhi, April 14, 2026: Great Value Realty has officially awarded a Rs 445 crore contract to Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited for the civil and structural construction of its ultra-luxury project, Ekanam, located in Noida Sector 107. The agreement marks a major development milestone for the low-density community, which is situated on the last available residential land parcel in the sector. The project, registered under RERA No. UPRERAPRJ15109/2019, is designed to align with strict delivery timelines while maintaining high-tier execution standards.
The Ekanam development will feature three 46-storey towers housing a limited collection of 3 and 4 BHK residences ranging from 3,525 to 5,525 sq. ft. Designed around the brand philosophy “Great is the New Norm,” the project aims to integrate nature with modern architecture. By partnering with Capacit’e Infraprojects—a firm with a portfolio of over 70 million sq. ft. including landmarks like Lodha The Park and the World Trade Centre Chennai—Great Value Realty intends to leverage specialized expertise in high-rise engineering to ensure structural precision.
