Guliani Group Launches Horizon Floors in Sector 63A, Gurugram

Gurugram, September 16, 2025: The Guliani Group has declared the launch of its latest low-rise residential project, Horizon Floors Sector 63A, on Golf Course Extension Road. The new venture is the sequel to the previously launched Horizon Floors in Sector 93.
The project features Stilt + 4 standalone floors with individual lift lobby. The units are designed as 3 BHK houses, with sizes larger than the earlier Sector 93 project. The enclave also features landscaped open spaces, children’s play courts, and wellness areas.
The site is supported by connectivity to NH-48, Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and Golf Course Road, and an upcoming metro line shortly will further boost connectivity.
Rate cards for the Sector 63A apartments begin at INR 2.80 crore and extend to INR 3.20 crore, informs the company. The scheme is on a 25:25:40:10 construction-linked payment model.

“With the launch of Horizon Floors in Sector 93, we gained confidence to expand further. With Sector 63A, we are providing larger-sized houses on Golf Course Extension Road, designed keeping in mind connectivity and community living,” said Harshil Singh Guliani, Founder, Guliani Group.
The group has been developing low-rise residential projects, plotted housing, and integrated townships in Delhi-NCR, focusing on design-driven and timely delivered housing.
