Gulshan Gp announces Ultra Luxury Low-Density Residential Project in Greater Noida West, to invest Rs 190 crores

Noida, July 14, 2023: Gulshan Group, has announced the launch of its latest ultra-luxury project AVANTE, in Greater Noida West. This exquisite low-density residential development is aimed to set new benchmarks in luxury living in Greater Noida West which in the last decade has seen good growth in the residential segment. 

The project will be built on 1.3 acres of prime land and will offer 92 4BHK luxury apartments, with only two units per floor.

The price of units starts from Rs 3.5 crore. And the total cost of development will be approximately Rs 190 crores, as announced by the company.
