Livlit Launches Premium Student Co-Living Residence Anugraha in Mumbai’s Juhu Hub
Mumbai, August 19, 2026: Student and young professional co-living operator Livlit announced the launch of Anugraha, an 11-storey premium residence on Gulmohar Road in the Juhu-Vile Parle region. The 91-bed property expands Livlit’s portfolio to 12 locations across Mumbai, targeting higher-end student accommodations near major educational institutions including Mithibai College, NM College, and SVKM’s NMIMS.
