New Delhi, April 23, 2026: The Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced the acquisition of multiple “Significant” contracts in India, valued between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore. These wins reinforce the company’s strong presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) and its expanding footprint in specialized industrial infrastructure, the company said in a press release.

A primary component of these wins is a contract from Oberoi Realty for the construction of seven high-rise residential towers in Gurugram. The project scope is comprehensive, involving earthworks, piling, and the construction of the RCC shell and core. L&T noted that the delivery of these towers will be executed within stringent timelines, highlighting the demand for rapid development in the premium NCR housing market.

In addition to the residential project, the B&F vertical has secured an order to construct a specialized Proving Ground for a reputed international company in Haryana. This facility is designed to enhance testing infrastructure for vehicles integrated with the latest automotive technologies. Beyond the primary Proving Ground, the scope of work includes finishing works and all relevant external development required for the high-tech testing site.

These latest wins showcase L&T’s diverse capabilities in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) space. The company’s B&F vertical possesses extensive experience across a wide array of segments, including hospitals, airports, data centers, and advanced industrial facilities such as solar panel plants, battery storage units, and complex food processing structures.

Larsen & Toubro, a $30 billion multinational, has maintained its leadership in major business lines for eight decades. The company attributes its sustained success to a customer-focused approach and a constant quest for top-class quality. With these new orders in Haryana and Gurugram, L&T continues to catalyze the development of both the luxury residential landscape and the technological infrastructure of the Indian automotive sector.
