Maasters announces its first commercial project in Noida

Maasters Infra Group has announced its first commercial project, Capitol Avenue, in Sector 62, Noida.

Spread over 5 acres, the project will be developed in a single phase, said a press release by the company. It will have office space and retail and the total area would be 10,00,000 square feet.

The project will be completed in 42 to 45 months with an investment of around Rs 250 crore, said the release further.

According to the company, the investment would be through internal accrual and the total sales realisation from the project would be between Rs 600 crore and Rs 750 crore.
