Masters’ Union to Establish 10-Acre Campus in Gurugram

Gurugram, June 24, 2025: Masters’ Union, a leading business and technology school, has signed a lease to establish a new 10-acre campus at Cyberwalk, a sustainably designed, LEED Gold-certified business district located in Gurugram.

Developed by the creators of Select CITYWALK, the project brings together cutting-edge infrastructure and environmental consciousness in one of north India’s fastest-growing industrial zones.

Strategically located within a 150-acre hub that houses the R&D and operational centres of Nestle, Honda, Mitsubishi and HCL Technologies, the new campus reflects Masters’ Union’s founding philosophy: business education must happen alongside business practice.

Rather than placing students in isolated academic settings, the institute embeds them within live, functioning economic ecosystems and encouraging learning not just from faculty and curriculum but from the very enterprises shaping the future of industry.

Masters’ Union’s choice of location has consistently shaped student outcomes. Being embedded in business hubs allows the institute to bring in top practitioners—from MNC CXOs to start-up operators, who often teach in person.

It also opens doors to hands-on learning with 50 per cent of students last year working on live projects or internships with nearby companies like Microsoft, BCG, Kearney, Accenture, Pernod Ricard, EY-Parthenon, Hitachi, Zomato, Park+, etc. This ongoing industry exposure directly impacts placements with 30 per cent of offers coming from firms students engaged with during the programme.

Pratham Mittal, Founder, Masters’ Union said, “We have always believed that the best learning happens not in silos but in the shadow of real-world enterprise. This new campus at Cyberwalk continues that approach of placing our students at the centre of India’s industrial corridor, where they can learn by observing, participating, and building alongside real businesses.”

Slated to be operational by 2026, the campus will accommodate 5,000 students across disciplines like school of business, school of emerging technologies and executive education and offer a distinctive blend of academic, entrepreneurial and residential infrastructure. Beyond classrooms of different verticals of education, the space will feature startup accelerator zones, innovation labs, hostel, sports and recreation areas, business history museums and cross-disciplinary project studios—designed to foster experimentation, risk-taking and enterprise thinking.

To support a truly immersive experience, the campus will also include student residences, faculty housing and live-learn-work amenities that reflect how modern professional life is increasingly integrated. Cyberwalk’s biophilic and Vastu-informed master plan includes collaborative lounges, shaded courtyards, service apartments, and a 300-foot tower overlooking a central amphitheatre, engineered to facilitate both quiet reflection and spontaneous collaboration.
