NAREDCO NextGen NCR Chapter Launched to Drive Sustainable Real Estate Growth and Youth Leadership
New Delhi, April 5, 2026: The future of North India’s real estate landscape took center stage at the Trident Nariman Point during the “NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen Excelerate 2026” summit. The event served as the official launchpad for the NAREDCO NextGen NCR Chapter, a strategic move aimed at unifying emerging professionals from Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram, Bhiwadi, and Meerut. This new chapter seeks to integrate the region’s youth leadership with the national platform to champion a shared vision of responsible and sustainable urban growth, the organization said in a press statement.

Industry veterans emphasized that the move is vital for maintaining the momentum of one of India’s most complex property markets. Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman of NAREDCO, noted that “the formation of the NAREDCO NextGen NCR Chapter reflects NAREDCO’s continued commitment to nurturing future leadership within the real estate sector.” He further remarked that as urbanization quickens across the NCR, it is “essential to empower young professionals with the right platforms to contribute to policy thinking, innovation, and responsible development.”
Corroborating this sentiment, NAREDCO President Parveen Jain highlighted the strategic importance of the region, stating that “NCR remains one of the most significant real estate markets in the country, with scale, complexity, and continuous demand shaping its growth.” He added that the launch “brings structured participation from young leaders into this ecosystem, strengthening industry dialogue and supporting more aligned, forward-looking development across the region.”
The inaugural leadership team was also formally introduced, with Siddharth Jain stepping into the role of President of NAREDCO NextGen NCR and Nikhil Aggarwal named as President Elect. Rounding out the executive board are Vice Presidents Aashi Dua (Policy), Mugdha (Membership), and Shivani Aggarwal (Events), alongside Secretary Muskan and Treasurer Nakul Bajaj. This team is tasked with expanding the network and facilitating high-level engagement between young developers and government regulators.
In his debut address, newly appointed President Siddharth Jain acknowledged the organization’s legacy of “advocating for policy reform, promoting transparency, and building bridges between industry and government.” Expressing gratitude to the senior board, he asserted that “the NCR region, one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving real estate markets in the country, deserves a dedicated platform where young professionals can engage, collaborate, and lead. That platform is now here.”
Moving forward, the chapter plans to implement a robust agenda featuring leadership summits, study tours, and roundtable interactions. Originally launched at the national level in December 2021, the NextGen wing’s expansion into the NCR is designed to foster a culture of ethical practices and innovation. By providing a dedicated space for networking and capacity building, the chapter aims to ensure that the next generation of developers is fully equipped to handle the evolving challenges of the Indian real estate ecosystem
