New Delhi, June 10, 2026: The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) has announced it will host a major gathering of policymakers, industry leaders, and investors at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, on June 19–20, 2026. The two-day event combines the NAREDCO Real Estate Conclave, the NextGen NCR Conclave, and the 5th NAREDCO Mahi Convention. Organized in association with Bharat Buildcon, the event will feature prominent knowledge partners, with KPMG supporting the sessions on June 19 and JLL leading on June 20, to foster dialogue on shaping the sector for the “Viksit Bharat 2047” vision, NAREDCO said in a press release.

An array of senior government leaders and urban development officials will join developers, technology experts, and financial institutions at the event. Manohar Lal, Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, will attend as Chief Guest, alongside Guest of Honour Srinivas Katikithala, IAS, Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. Other notable dignitaries include Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs officials D. Thara, IAS, Roopa Mishra, IAS, and Kuldip Narayan, IAS, as well as Nitin Khade, IAS, from the Ministry of Rural Development, and Isha, IAS. Together, these stakeholders will tackle critical policy reforms, infrastructure integration, and sustainable housing practices.

A central focus of the Real Estate and NextGen NCR Conclaves will be how artificial intelligence, PropTech, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards are transforming modern asset management. Panels will examine how infrastructure investments and enhanced connectivity drive economic growth in rapidly expanding cities. Participants will exchange views on future-ready business models and green development practices, exploring how aligning with strict ESG frameworks impacts international capital flows and regulatory approvals.

Running parallel to these discussions, the 5th NAREDCO Mahi Convention will highlight women’s leadership and inclusion in the property sector. Since its founding in 2021 as NAREDCO’s women’s wing, Mahi has championed workforce diversity and entrepreneurship. This year’s convention will center on flagship programs such as “Nirmal Jal Prayas” for water conservation, “Shashwat Nirman” for green construction, specialized skilling initiatives, and the “Dolphin Tank” PropTech accelerator.

Emphasizing the collaborative spirit of the event, Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman of NAREDCO, noted the turning point facing the market. “India’s real estate sector is entering a defining phase where infrastructure, technology and sustainability will determine the pace and quality of growth. These conclaves provide an important platform for collaboration between government, industry and innovators to create a more resilient, transparent and globally competitive real estate ecosystem aligned with the aspirations of Viksit Bharat 2047,” Hiranandani said.

Addressing the balance of innovation and regulation, Parveen Jain, President of NAREDCO, focused on growth opportunities. “The real estate sector today stands at the intersection of policy, infrastructure and innovation. Through meaningful dialogue and collaborative action, we can unlock new opportunities for investment, housing development and urban transformation while ensuring long-term sustainability and consumer confidence,” Jain stated.

Smita Patil, President of NAREDCO Mahi, spoke on the expanding influence of female professionals in the industry. “Women are increasingly shaping the future of the real estate sector through leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation. The Mahi Convention aims to strengthen this momentum by creating opportunities for mentorship, knowledge sharing, skill development and meaningful participation in decision-making across the industry,” Patil remarked.

Looking toward the next generation of real estate professionals, Siddharth Jain, President of NAREDCO NextGen NCR, underlined the value of fresh perspectives. “The future of real estate will be defined by adaptability, technology adoption and sustainable thinking. The NextGen NCR Conclave will provide a platform for young leaders to exchange ideas, build partnerships and contribute to shaping a modern and future-ready real estate sector,” Jain explained.

The event is anticipated to draw an influential crowd of architects, urban planners, NBFCs, and PropTech startups from across the country. Through targeted panels and networking opportunities, the joint conclaves aim to chart a clear, progressive roadmap for the evolution of India’s built environment.
