Nemetschek Group and Pinnacle Infotech Sign Strategic MoU to Accelerate Digital Construction in India
New Delhi, March 30, 2026:
In a move aimed at transforming the Indian Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector, the Nemetschek Group and Pinnacle Infotech Solutions officially entered into a strategic collaboration on March 30, 2026. The two industry leaders signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a structured framework for integrating advanced software solutions with deep engineering expertise. This partnership is designed to drive next-generation digital transformation across the construction lifecycle, supporting the broader national vision of a “Viksit Bharat 2047”, the company said in a press statement.
The collaboration will focus on the large-scale adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and open, collaborative digital workflows. A primary component of the agreement involves integrating Nemetschek’s diverse software portfolio—including brands such as Bluebeam, ALLPLAN, Archicad, and dTwin—into Pinnacle’s global digital engineering services. This integration creates a real-world validation environment, allowing both firms to explore innovation pilots and enterprise-level deployments in high-growth areas like Artificial Intelligence, digital twins, and data-driven construction management.

Alok Sharma, Managing Director of Nemetschek Group – India, emphasized that digital adoption has become a fundamental necessity for the industry’s future.
He stated, “India and global construction markets are at a pivotal inflection point where digital adoption is no longer optional but mission-critical as we build on the foundation for Viksit Bharat 2047. This collaboration with Pinnacle Infotech is structured to move beyond conventional partnerships and build an execution-driven ecosystem that enables real-world application of advanced technologies. By aligning software innovation with engineering depth, we are positioning ourselves to accelerate industry-wide transformation and deliver measurable efficiency across project lifecycles.”
The partnership also seeks to address the increasing complexity of global construction projects through better interoperability and intelligent delivery systems.

Bimal Patwari, President & CEO of Pinnacle Infotech Solutions, highlighted the strategic shift toward integrated digital delivery, noting, “This partnership reflects a strategic shift towards integrated digital delivery in construction. As projects become increasingly complex and globally distributed, the need for interoperable, scalable, and intelligent solutions becomes imperative. Our collaboration with Nemetschek enables us to bridge the gap between technology and execution, while creating a robust platform for innovation, knowledge exchange, and global market expansion.”
Beyond technology integration, the MoU outlines several strategic initiatives, including joint participation in industry forums and the co-creation of specialized training programs to strengthen digital literacy within the AEC ecosystem. Pinnacle will serve as a key ecosystem partner, providing live project environments to validate and deploy Nemetschek’s emerging solutions. By combining software innovation with practical execution, the collaboration marks a significant step toward a more connected, efficient, and technology-driven built environment on a global scale.
