ONE Group Secures Supplementary Agreement for Mega Housing Project With 4.38-Acre Land Addition

Mohali, November 6, 2025: Real Estate Developer ONE Group has announced that it has been granted a Supplementary Agreement for the addition of a total of 4.38-acres to its approved Mega Housing Project spanning 150+ acres – ONE City Hamlet. The project spans Sectors 86, 98, 99 and 105 in S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali).

The supplementary approval further strengthens the project’s master development plan and consolidates ONE Group’s land holdings in one of Mohali’s most prime locations. The expanded footprint enables the Group to launch new phases and future developments under its mega project framework, with 3 projects already in the pipeline for the coming year. The additional area offers a development potential of approximately one million square feet of built-up development, with a revenue potential of INR 600 crore.
