Onward Workspaces Unveils ₹20 Cr Expansion Plan with 1.2 Lakh sq ft in Delhi-NCR

New Delhi, June 30, 2025: Onward Workspaces, a leading player in co-working, managed office spaces and virtual offices, has unveiled its ambitious expansion blueprint for Delhi-NCR.

With an investment commitment of INR 20 crore, the company is poised to add 1.2 lakh sq ft to its portfolio, launching five premium centres in key commercial hotspots: Udyog Vihar (60,000 sq ft), two centres in Connaught Place (25,000 sq ft), Okhla Phase III (15,000 sq ft), and Noida Sector 126 (24,000 sq ft).

As demand for premium flex offices is on the rise, Onward’s expansion will cover four next-Gen Green-Certified centres across Udyog Vihar, Noida, Okhla and Connaught Place—blending sustainability with Grade A infrastructure and a heritage twist.
