Rs 240 cr penthouse deal in Mumbai
Mumbai: A penthouse in a Worli luxury tower has been sold for Rs 240 crore. Media reports say that Welspun Group Chairman BK Goenka, has purchased the triplex in Three Sixty West, at Annie Besant Road, Worli. According to market sources, the penthouse is spread over 30,000 square feet. The transaction was registered on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
