Savills India appoints Ex JLL Director as its Head of HR
New Delhi, 18th December 2018: In order to strengthen its Indian leadership team, Savills India, a leading global real estate service provider today announced the appointment of ex JLL India Director Kaushik Chakraborty as Head of its Human Resource.

At Savills, Chakraborty will work closely with CEO Anurag Mathur in setting up processes and beef up the team.
Speaking on the new role, Kaushik Chakraborty said, “We have planned out three key focus areas for the company. The focus areas would be, hiring the best Talent from the Industry, creating a great place to work with one of the best ‘People Practices’ in the Industry and building up an inclusive organization which is focused on diversity at all levels.”
Chakraborty is credited with setting up the L&D structure at JLL and also lead the D&I practice and the CSR Trust.
Chakraborty is a seasoned professional and led many innovative HR practices to make it a great place to work in its previous roles. Prior to JLL, Chakraborty has worked with Organizations like RBS, Max Newyork Life, ICICI Prudential and Blue Dart. He has lead Strategic HR initiatives, driven OD, Learning and Talent Initiatives.
