SBP Group and Longowalia Group Forge Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Project Construction
Chandigarh, August 7, 2026: SBP Group has announced a strategic, long-term partnership with construction major Longowalia Group to accelerate the development and timely delivery of its residential, commercial, and plotted developments across Punjab and the tricity region. Speaking at a press conference at the JW Marriott in Chandigarh, SBP Group Chairman and Managing Director Aman Singla outlined that the collaboration aims to enhance execution speed, resource deployment, project planning, and overall construction quality across its expanding portfolio.
The execution-focused strategy comes as SBP Group prioritizes active project construction over aggressive launch expansion. SBP Group CMD Aman Singla stated that the company has maintained steady progress across its existing developments despite broader subdued market conditions. Singla noted that the company is currently engaged with over 20 million square feet of commercial and residential construction, providing employment to approximately 1,500 skilled and unskilled workers. Across its development pipeline of over 30 projects, 15 are under various stages of active construction in Punjab and the tricity area.
