Stylework Expands to Over 80 Cities, Unlocks Growth in Tier II Hubs

New Delhi, September 22, 2025: Flexible workspace aggregator Stylework has announced accelerated expansion across 80+ cities including Ranchi, Bhopal, Patna, Vijayawada, Indore, Nashik, and Coimbatore, strengthening its network of 4,000+ workspaces nationwide. The expansion is powering growth across key sectors including IT, fintech, consulting, and manufacturing, enabling businesses of all sizes to set up operations seamlessly in Tier II cities while reducing costs and enhancing productivity.
As India’s business landscape evolves, companies are increasingly moving beyond metros to tap into new opportunities in emerging cities. Factors such as lower operational costs, access to highly skilled yet cost-effective talent, reduced attrition rates, better work-life balance for employees, and rising local infrastructure development have made Tier-2 cities the new growth engines of corporate India. Expanding beyond metropolitan centres was once considered as a challenge but now is transformed into a powerful growth driver, reshaping how and where businesses choose to operate in India.
Stylework has simplified this transition through its pioneering Master Service Agreement (MSA) framework. Instead of negotiating separate contracts across multiple cities, businesses can now sign a single MSA with Stylework, gaining access to premium workspaces nationwide with standardized service quality, technology integration, and centralized compliance management. This one-stop solution eliminates the complexities of expansion while enabling companies to scale quickly and efficiently.
This model has already delivered measurable impact for businesses across sectors:
- Office setup timelines have been reduced from 4–6 months to just 2–3 weeks.
- Administrative costs have come down by as much as 40per cent.
- Employee attrition rates in Tier II cities are 40 per cent lower compared to metro locations.
- Recruitment costs have decreased by 50–60 per cent.

Previously, the biggest barrier to companies expanding wasn’t lack of opportunity it was the sheer complexity of setting up in new cities,” said Sparsh Khandelwal, Founder & CEO, Stylework. “With our MSA framework and strong local partnerships we built a solution that makes opening an office in Bhopal as simple as opening one in the building next door.” The future of work in India is distributed, and Stylework is proud to be at the forefront of this transformation.
