TARC Strengthens Leadership Team With Appointment Of Ajay Gupta, Ankush Kaul, And Mridul Srivastava

New Delhi, July 21, 2026: TARC Limited, a prominent luxury real estate developer in the Delhi-NCR region, has announced three key executive appointments: Ajay Gupta as Chief Development Officer (CDO), Ankush Kaul as Chief Business Officer (CBO), and Mridul Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The strategic appointments aim to reinforce the company’s executive team as it expands its luxury residential portfolio and strengthens its institutional capabilities.
Together, the three newly appointed executives bring more than eight decades of collective leadership experience spanning luxury real estate, infrastructure, financial services, hospitality, technology, telecom, and the BFSI sector. Their combined expertise is slated to support TARC’s commercial strategy, project execution frameworks, and organizational structure as the developer continues to scale its operations across key NCR markets.

Ajay Gupta joins TARC as Chief Development Officer with over 37 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure project execution. Most recently, as President – Projects at Krisumi Corporation, Gupta managed the development of a 35-acre township comprising 8.5 million square feet of built-up area. Previously, as Operations Head (North Zone) at Godrej Properties Limited, he oversaw 19 developments totaling 28 million square feet across Gurgaon, Sonipat, Delhi, and Noida. In his new role, Gupta will lead design and architecture, planning, site development, quality assurance, safety, procurement, contracts, and cost control.

Ankush Kaul steps into the role of Chief Business Officer with over 25 years of experience across real estate, hospitality, and financial services. Having held sales and marketing leadership positions at firms such as DLF, Central Park, Ambience, and Tribeca, Kaul has overseen top-line sales performance exceeding ₹15,000 crore across the residential sector. At TARC, he will lead sales, marketing, customer advisory, and customer experience, while implementing a research-backed approach to product planning and go-to-market strategies.

Rounding out the executive additions, Mridul Srivastava joins as Chief Human Resources Officer with over 23 years of HR and corporate transformation experience across tech, telecom, BFSI, real estate, and hospitality, having held leadership roles at organizations including Shyam Group, Hero FinCorp, Religare, DLF Homes, and ITC Hotels. As CHRO, Srivastava will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, employee rewards, and the Project Management Office (PMO) to bolster organizational efficiency.
