Guwahati, June 18, 2026: Trinity Business Park has officially announced the launch of its massive, integrated commercial development in North Guwahati. Spanning over 16 acres with more than 3 million sq. ft. of planned built-up space, the project is poised to redefine how businesses, brands, and enterprises grow in Northeast India by bringing retail, office spaces, hospitality, and exhibition infrastructure together within a single campus. The development is positioned to serve as a strategic entry point for companies expanding into the region, particularly multinational corporations, large technology companies, and leading Indian enterprises seeking a structured base of operations outside traditional metropolitan markets, Trinity Business Park said in a press release.

This project comes at a time when Guwahati is rapidly emerging as a key economic and logistics hub for Northeast India, fueled by an increasing demand for organized commercial infrastructure driven by regional consumption, trade activity, and aggressive infrastructure development.

The mega-development has already generated strong interest from various business communities and prominent trade associations. Members of the Assam Textile Merchants’ Association have already committed to a significant amount of retail space within the development, while discussions are actively underway with multiple associations across several other industrial sectors.

Commenting on the landmark project, Hemant Agarwal, Partner, Trinity Business Park, said: “Trinity Business Park is among the first large-scale integrated commercial developments of its kind in Northeast India, designed to provide organized infrastructure for businesses at a scale not previously available in the region. Our focus is on enabling enterprises to expand and operate efficiently within a structured commercial ecosystem”

Among its standout architectural and operational features, the park will include 16-foot-high showrooms, 12-foot-high office spaces, 18 dedicated goods elevators, 25 passenger elevators, and parking facilities for over 3,000 vehicles, all specifically designed to support seamless business operations at scale. The development will also feature a 22,000 sq. ft. food court, a grand atrium, premium outdoor dining spaces, manicured landscapes, expansive seating zones, dedicated areas for outdoor meetings and breaks, an artistic performance deck, and a grand amphitheatre. Located in Amingaon, North Guwahati, the park boasts excellent connectivity to key commercial, residential, and transport hubs across the city, firmly positioning it as a premier large-format organized commercial destination in the region.

Highlighting the macroeconomic shift, Ravi Agarwal, Partner, Trinity Business Park, said: “India’s commercial real estate landscape is undergoing a significant shift, with businesses increasingly seeking well-planned, future-ready developments beyond the traditional metropolitan centres. Cities such as Guwahati are emerging as strategic economic gateways, creating demand for infrastructure that supports long-term business growth, operational efficiency, and evolving workplace needs. Trinity’s organized commercial infrastructure can support such large enterprises and long-term business growth.”
